1. General These Terms and Conditions govern your use of cromotea.com and any purchases made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by CROMO Tea, based in Milan, Italy.

2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping We ship across Europe and selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout. CROMO Tea is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds For any issues with your order please contact us at tea@cromotea.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. As required by EU consumer law, you have the right to return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or damaged products cannot be returned unless faulty.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at tea@cromotea.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

8. Intellectual Property All content on cromotea.com including text, images, logos, and design is the property of CROMO Tea and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Italian and EU data protection law (GDPR). By using this site you consent to this processing.

10. Limitation of Liability CROMO Tea is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or products purchased through it, to the maximum extent permitted by Italian law.
